Once you have completed creating the workflow, you can access it from the "Workflow" menu.
In this page, it will display all the workflows you have, with basic details such as:
Name: The name of the workflow.
Jobs: The number of jobs created by the workflow.
Last Modified Date: The date when the workflow was last modified.
In the "Actions" section, which is the additional menu for workflows, you have the following options:
Start Workflow: Initiates the process of creating a workflow.
Start Immediately: Begins the workflow immediately, skipping internal details.
Reports: Creates reports on the results of the workflow.
Deep Dive: Allows a detailed exploration of the workflow data.
Edit: Edits the workflow.
Duplicate: Copies the workflow, creating a new one.
Delete: Removes the workflow.
In the "Start Workflow" section, when you click to enter, you will navigate to the workflow page. You can customize the workflow before proceeding. If you don't need to make any changes, you can click "Start Workflow" to initiate the creation of tasks.
The "Start Immediately" section allows you to create tasks immediately without going into the workflow. When you click on the "Start Immediately" menu, there will be a prompt asking what action you are taking. If you don't want this message to appear again in the future, you can check the box "Do not show this message again," as shown in the image.
Section four is about accessing the detailed information page of your workflow.
Section five is about accessing the edit page of your workflow. Here, you can make modifications to your workflow.
Section six is about duplicating or copying a workflow. When you duplicate a workflow, some information, such as attached documents, may not be copied to the new workflow.
In the last section, if you no longer need to use a workflow, you can delete it by clicking on "Delete."
When you click, a confirmation window will appear, asking if you want to delete the workflow. If you are sure, you can click "Delete" to proceed with the deletion.
Section three is about accessing the reports page for your workflow. You can read more about it .
