Email notifications are sent when the overall workflow reaches the process named "Start Document Submission." The system will send emails to individuals involved in this process, providing details about that specific workflow. Recipients can click on the email to view the details, and the system provides email templates for these notifications.
You can choose a due date to enable notifications when this process is delayed for a specified period.
This is a way to send various data to your website, and you can test the data sending. Additionally, you can also choose a due date, similar to setting up email notifications.
Adding a running number is a way to include a document number by incrementing it. You can define the format of the document number in the system settings by the administrator. The running number will be displayed in the document when you use the running number field.
Managing field values involves automatically populating fields with the desired values. You can set values in two ways: constant values and dynamic values. You have the option to choose whether to input data before form entry, after form entry, or after approval, depending on the workflow process.
You can select the fields that you want to have automatically populated. Click on the field's name, and then you can choose which fields to customize.
The value you will enter will be "Process Completed." However, if you want to use a value from the system variable, you need the system administrator to add that value for you.
