One part is about naming or creating a workflow, where the name will be generated automatically, but you can edit it. You can use up to 100 characters
You can choose individuals or groups that can view or edit the workflow, with three available levels:
Documents
Can view the initial documents used in the workflow.
Fields
Can edit the digital form sections within the workflow.
Can add or modify data or forms.
Force Done
The function for error prevention is designed so that when a user encounters an error, the system will forcefully terminate the process to investigate the cause of the error.
This allows you to control access and permissions at different levels for documents, form fields, and configuration settings within the workflow.
In this section, you can set access rights for data or editing. When you click to select, a list of individuals and groups within the same company as you will appear for you to choose from
In the example, you will find two options available for selection:
Owner
This is set as the default value and refers to the owner of the document or workflow.
Group
This represents a group that you have defined within the company.
In this section, you can set the priority level for tasks. You can choose from the following options:
NONE :
None-priority tasks are those with a no deadline
CUSTOM :
Custom-priority tasks are those with a deadline set for your custom date-time

Low-priority tasks are those with a deadline set for 30 Day
Medium :

High :
High-priority tasks are those with a deadline set for today at 23:59
This allows users to categorize tasks based on their importance and urgency, helping in better task management and planning
If you choose 'Custom,' the system will allow you to set the deadline manually. You can specify the following:
Due Date :
The specific date when the task is due.
Due Time :
The specific time when the task is due.
Days :
The number of days to complete the task. This will be relative to the creation date.
In the example, it is set to 7 days, meaning the task should be completed within 7 days from the creation date
The Notification section is designed for alerting you in advance. When you enable this feature, you will find options to select the notification unit in the notification unit section
You can set the notification unit for the flow, with options available from before it's due, such as year/month/week/day/hour
