Creating form builder

This is the digital form page. On the right side, you will see the digital form section, where you can add, delete, and edit forms as needed

Begin by selecting a process from the name to add, delete, or edit forms on that page. In this example, we will select the approval process

After you have made your selection, drag the 'Signature' field to the right of the TEXTFIELD above.

After you have placed it, you will see your signature in the red box as shown in the picture. If you do not want this field, you can press the 'remove' button to delete it. After that, press 'apply' at the bottom to confirm the use of the field

Click on the sub-tab named 'field,' and you can press expand to enter the name for that field. However, if you do not want to use that field, you can also press 'remove' to delete that field

In this example, we will name the field 'note' and then press 'apply'

After pressing 'apply,' the name on the left side will change according to what you have set

After repeating this process to change other fields, don't forget to press 'apply' every time. Once you complete this step, you are ready to proceed with customizing the paper
