Creating an overview of conditions

You can click on the small circular icon with an exclamation mark to open the 'Customization' for that specific 'Process' or 'Condition.' In the rectangle icon on the right, you can change the name of the process. You can use up to 100 characters for the name. In this example, let's change the name to 'Start Document Submission.' After that, press the 'Save' button at the bottom of the screen to save the changes, or press 'Cancel' to close the 'Customization' section
In the 'Responsible' section, you can choose individuals or groups who have the permission to view or edit. In the initial process, the person must be the 'Creator' by necessity. If there are any changes, be sure to click 'Save' at the bottom to ensure the information is recorded.
The system will automatically generate a field for you, typically a text field. If there are any changes, make sure to click 'Save' at the bottom to ensure that the information is saved
Click on the plus sign (+) and then select a process.
After you have created a 'Process,' click on the magnifying glass icon
When you click on the customization section, at this step, you can change the name of the process. In this example, change the name to 'Approval.' After completing, click 'Save' at the bottom
In this section, adding responsible persons will open another window where you can select individuals. You can choose responsible persons from the names listed in the window, which includes both individuals and groups you have created within the organization
You can open or close the ability to edit responsible persons. If it's open, others can modify the responsible persons as well
In this section, you can choose whether to allow skipping of data entry in the digital form or not
In this section, you can choose whether to allow skipping the approval step after completing the digital data entry process or not
In this section, you can add additional processes or conditions, as shown in the next image
In the image, you can see two processes separated into two options after checking the condition. You can edit the names of both processes, as indicated in the image.
On the left side, we will change the name to 'Approval.' Click on the magnifying glass icon for the process on the right, then change the name of the process to 'Approval
Also, enable the form skipping option. Enabling form skipping means that when this process starts, you won't need to fill in the digital form
On the right side, we will change the name to 'Not Approved.' Click on the magnifying glass icon for the process on the right, then change the name of the process to 'Not Approved'
In this example, let's choose to skip the approval process
In this step, we will start customizing the conditions by clicking on the magnifying glass icon in the red circle
You can change the name of the condition if you want. In this example, let's change the name to 'Approval Condition
Click on the expand icon to view the options menu
Next, we will change the name of the option. Please note that when selecting this option, it will go to which process by looking at the name indicated by the red arrow. Then, change the name to match the process we have created. In this example, let's change the name to 'Approval
After successfully changing the name, click 'Save' .
After that, you will see the text in the red box changed to 'Approval,' and the name of the condition changed to 'Approval Condition.' Click on the red box again to open the customization for the 'Not Approved' condition
Choose 'Submit,' which will be another option
Set the name of the option to 'Not Approved,' referring to the name of the next process
After completing the name change, click 'Save'
Click on the expand icon to view the option rules menu.
Next, we will create rules for the option to make the system work according to the conditions we have set. Click on the 'Add Option Rule' button
There will be a condition creation window, where the field refers to the part that is being referenced. This field must be in the process before entering this condition. The use of system variables must be set by the system administrator by going to Settings > System Settings
After clicking on the condition box, conditions will appear for selection. In this example, we will choose 'Equals' and 'Approval.'
After entering the conditions, click 'Save,' and your flow will be ready for basic use
