Can deleted files in the trash be recovered if accidentally deleted? Yes, you can recover your files. To do so, please contact MakesFlow support and submit a document recovery request. There is a condition that files can be recovered within 15 days after deletion

3. What documents are required to verify identity for file recovery?

To verify identity, you need the following documents:

• National ID card of the user

• Power of attorney from the company consenting to file recovery
